Redesigned the Greenlight system to make fan actions more engaging, meaningful, and trackable, bridging the gap between participation and recognition.
Fan actions were invisible in Stubios, breaking the engagement flow. I designed interactions that visualized contributions and built emotional connection.

We tested each layout step-by-step, addressing two main issues: inaccurate Join the chat button placement and unclear button-to-comment grouping. Through these iterations, we refined the design and selected the third (carded layout) for its clear grouping and improved accuracy.

By embedding high-signal actions into one unified card, we turned a single comment into a dynamic entry point for measurable, fan-driven impact.

We explored multiple leaderboard formats to find what best drives fan motivation. Option C emerged as the most balanced, showing current and goal points together—e.g., “14,981 out of 15,000.” This simple visual made progress clear and turned numbers into real motivation for continued support.
